Claim a hotel you represent

Sign in and use the hotel's claim option where available. Enter an email address you can access and explain your connection to the property. Complete the verification check and submit the form.

If your email matches the hotel's recognized website domain, Room Saint sends a verification link. That link expires after 72 hours. Other claims go through manual review. A submission alone does not grant management access.

If the claim option is unavailable or the recognized website is wrong, contact Room Saint with the hotel page URL and your relationship to the property.

Manage an approved listing

Visit My Hotels to view your hotels and claim status. Once authorized, open a hotel's edit page to update its description or submit website and booking-link changes.

• Description: approved owners can update the hotel's description directly.
• Website and booking URL: changes are checked and held for review before they go live. The edit page shows pending changes.

Use an accurate property description and official, relevant links. A booking-link change is not an instant replacement of the public button.

Photos and other corrections

Use the photo-contribution flow to supply images. For a correction that the edit form does not support, include the existing hotel URL and the proposed correction when contacting us.
