Using Room Saint

Trips and saved hotels

Create trips, save hotels, organize cities, and build a shortlist.

Create a trip

  1. Sign in and verify your email, then open My Trips from the dashboard's left rail.
  2. Select + New Trip and give it a useful name, such as “Italy in October”.
  3. Choose fixed dates, a season, or no timeframe. Add optional notes and save.

Save a hotel from search or a hotel page

Select Save to trip next to the booking button. Pick an existing trip or create a new one in the dialog, then save the hotel. You must be signed in. Re-saving a hotel to the same trip city updates its existing entry rather than creating a duplicate.

Trips organize hotel candidates by city. You can also open a trip and use Add City, including a country when needed to distinguish places with the same name.

Build your shortlist

Each saved hotel has a status and an optional note:

  • Saved: an option to consider.
  • Shortlisted: one of your preferred options.
  • Dismissed: an option you have ruled out.
  • Booked: your own planning marker after booking elsewhere.

Use Reset to return an entry to saved. Notes can record why you chose a hotel or what you still need to check. Removing a city also removes that city's saved hotels from the trip; review the confirmation before continuing.

Plan with an assistant

Your trips are account-specific. An authorized AI assistant connection can create trips and save hotel candidates on your behalf. The anonymous public connection cannot access trips. Always verify any claimed save in My Trips.
